We are looking for a full time driver and house manager.
You will need your own transportation to and from the pick up location.
There will be varying days of the week and varying times needed.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property.
The House Manager will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating events and maintenance, and ensuring the smooth running of the household.
Being punctual and on time is very important.
Compensation is salary based and amount on experience.
A list of the general responsibilities and tasks are noted below Duties:
- Supervise and manage household staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Oversee housekeeping duties, ensuring that all areas of the residence are clean and well-maintained - Coordinate and manage household events, including parties, gatherings, and special occasions - Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries, and ensure timely restocking - Manage household budgets and expenses, including tracking invoices and payments - Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the property, liaising with contractors as needed - Handle administrative tasks such as managing appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining records -maintain and clean all vehicles Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, vendors, and other stakeholders - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently - Experience in managing a team or staff members in a residential setting - Knowledge of housekeeping practices and standards - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in using computer software for administrative tasks -Follow all traffic rules Note:
